Filter assembly
Here you see a textbook example of a plug-and-play assembly. The filter is already equipped with tubing and connectors and is supplied gamma-irradiated. This lowers the risk of contamination and you can save a lot of time during the preparation phase of your production process.
Are you already using a validated filter from a brand other than Zenpure? This is not a problem because at Hitma we can source almost everything. Would you like to be adviced on which filter suits your process best? We are happy to assist you and if desired we can execute filter tests for you.
Quality
Our single-use filter assemblies consist of high-quality components such as:
- C-flex weldable TPE tubing
- Eldon James hosebarb fittings
- Nordson PharmaLok tube clamps
- Zenpure filters
All these components are qualified for use in cGMP environments. They are made of materials that comply with USP class VI and have well-documented extractable profiles.
Sterility
These filter assemblies are assembled in our own cleanroom according to validated procedures. The assemblies are part of our sterility program, which allows us to give a sterility claim on our gamma-irradiated assemblies.
Open architecture
In addition to our own standard range of single-use components, we can apply every component according to your specifications - as long as the components meet our minimum quality requirements. This makes it easy for you to incorporate a filter in your assembly that has been validated already in your production process.
Flexibility
The assembly in the drawing is an example. We can manufacture any desired design. You can supply a drawing yourself, or have one of our specialists make a design based on your application. After agreement on the design we can produce the assembly in any desired amount, with short delivery times.
