About UltraPure International
The assembly of single-use systems takes place in the assembly facility of sister company UltraPure International. Hitma's single-use assemblies are manufactured there under cleanroom conditions (ISO Class 7).
The UltraPure International cleanroom (ISO Class 7) is equipped for:
- Shortening single-use hoses/tubing to the desired length
- Sealing single-use hoses/tubing
- Assembling single-use systems with single-use hoses/tubing, connectors, bags, and filters
- Assembling bottle caps with other single-use components
The single-use assemblies can be double-packed and externally irradiated
Hose assemblies supplied with certificates
Many combinations of fittings and custom-made single-use hoses/tubing are possible. They are tested before delivery. The assemblies are supplied with a product and pressure test certificate and comply with CE marking. In UltraPure International's cleanrooms, we can develop the right prototypes together with the customer and manufacture Hitma's single-use assemblies there.
