During the design process, we look at your specific process environment, challenges, wishes and quality requirements. This enables us to deliver a ready-made solution that improves the safety and efficiency of your process.
Our single-use assemblies are composed from a broad, brand-independent product portfolio. This approach allows us to always select the most suitable tubing, connectors, filters, bottles and bags for your application, regardless of the brand. Although the components come from different manufacturers, assembly is carried out centrally in accordance with fixed validation and quality procedures. If a component is no longer satisfactory or no longer available, we will immediately recommend an equivalent alternative that meets your requirements in terms of performance and compatibility, so that you always have security of supply.
Single-use assemblies can be supplied gamma-irradiated. This allows us to guarantee zero-to-low bioburden, which means that the assembly is virtually free of microorganisms. This method ensures that you receive products that are ready for immediate use in your process, without the need for further autoclaving.
For applications with strict sterility standards, we can provide an official sterility claim (SAL 10-6). Naturally, we also provide all the necessary documentation.
During the initial discussions, we will thoroughly examine your existing process line, equipment and space constraints. We will look at connection options, flow requirements and sterilisation needs. Together, we will ensure that the design integrates optimally into your existing infrastructure, without compromising on safety or efficiency.
We always design with future flexibility in mind. Is your process changing or your production volume growing?
