Although the components come from various manufacturers, assembly is performed centrally according to fixed validation and quality procedures to ensure it always meets the required specifications and documentation. Is a component no longer to your liking or is it no longer available? Then we immediately recommend an equivalent alternative that meets your requirements in terms of performance and compatibility, so that you always have supply certainty.
Single-use assemblies can be supplied gamma-irradiated. This allows us to guarantee zero-to-low bioburden, which means that the assembly is virtually free of microorganisms. This method ensures that you receive products that are ready for immediate use in your process, without the need for further autoclaving.
For applications with strict sterility standards, we can provide an official sterility claim (SAL 10-6). Naturally, we also provide all the necessary documentation.
