Bio-Simplex sampling manifolds
The Bio-Simplex™ manifolds are the single-use solution for sample taking in biopharmaceutical applications. Depending on your needs, they are available in four, six, eight or ten bottle manifolds. At the end of each distributing manifold a 500 mL rinsing bottle is situated. The manifold is a single overmolded piece to reduce risks of leakage.
Each 60 ml sampling bottle is connected to the manifold via 25 cm C-Flex® tubing and a Pure-Fit® TC clamp. The bottles are fitted with an EZ Top® stopper, a 0.2 µM vent filter and a polyethylene cap. All EZ Top® stoppers, tubing and the manifold itself are manufactured from animal-derived component-free (ADCF) thermoplastic elastomer resin (TPE).
The entire system is designed to ensure the unobstructed flowof liquid with extremely low levels of extractables. Bio-Simplex® manifolds are easy to use with sterile couplings and sealers, and come with a plateau with space for a maximum of ten sampling bottles and the larger rinsing glass.
