Equflow single-use flow sensor / turbine flow meter

This single-use flow sensor / turbine flow meter from Equflow was developed to enable the flow connector to be exchanged quickly (for hygienic reasons, such as in the pharmaceutical sector).

The flow meter is suitable for flow measurements for clear and opaque neutral, corrosive and aggressive liquids, fuels as well as for regular inspections. The flow connector is assembled in the flow system. For measurement and calibration, the easy-to-remove housing is positioned around the connector. Then the measurement can be taken. Available in the materials PFA and PVDF.

  • Turbine flow sensor with high-resolution output

  • Flow measurement by means of revolutionary infrared turbine rotor reflection

  • PFA / PVDF for high resistance to chemical and corrosive substances

  • High level of accuracy and repeatability ("Swiss made")

  • Also suitable for opaque liquids

  • Programmable pulse output

  • Complies with all requirements of the US Pharmacopeia Class VI

  • BSE/TSE certificate available

  • All wet components manufactured from Teflon®/PFA with ruby bearing

  • The flow connector can be sterilised to 160°C
