Carboy Biopure Bio-Simplex
Bio-Simplex® Carboys maximise the storage capacity of pharmaceutical liquids and ensure ease of use. Thanks to their rectangular shape, they occupy less space than round containers. These carboys are available in the sizes 2.5 L, 5 L, 10 L, 20 L, 40 L and 75 L.
The BioPure Bio-Simplex Carboys are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer (PPCO), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG). These materials are suitable for a diversity of applications in the biopharmaceutical sector. The BioSimplex carboys are easy to fill and lift. They are also convenient to hold and to pour liquids from. The EZ Top® container sealing system also provides an exchangeable and leak-free connection with single-use components. By combining these Bio-Simplex carboys with single-use assemblies, you create an excellent means of aseptic liquid storage and transfer in a closed system environment. They are available in two material types: C-Flex® thermoplastic elastomer and Sani-Tech® platinum-hardened silicone.
Bio-Simplex carboys are available with or without a drain valve on the bottom. The easy-to-read graduation scale provides ± 5% TC / TD accuracy and clearly displays the volume. Needless to say, the carboys comply with the requirements of the USP, Biological Tests for Plastics, Class VI.
The Ultra models of the Bio-Simplex Carboys combine the above mentioned design characteristics and comply with the USP 788 guideline for critical bioprocess applications.
