Tygon xl-60 Long Life Pump tubing
The Tygon XL-60 tubing is specially designed for use in peristaltic pumps. It has a pump life of up to 500 hours. With a hardness of Shore A 60, it is an extremely flexible tube. This ensures that the downtime of a process is reduced, because the pumps fail less often. It is the best alternative to PVC of silicone tubing, when it will be used in pumpes for a longer timespan.
The Tygon XL-60 is transparent in color and has excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of this, including acids and bases. Moreover, it is very resistant to ozone, oxygen and sunlight. The tubing remains flexible up to -40?F and can withstand temperatures up to 275?F.
