EJ Prene thermoplastic tubing

EJ prene is a soft and flexible tubing that has been specially developed for peristaltic pump applications. It has an excellent lifespan in the pump, which prevents the stagnation of production processes. It is a flexible tubing that has a very good chemical compatibility. This high-performance elastomer contains the same properties as rubber and is the first and best choice as a replacement for Santoprene ™.

The tubing contains an extremely low amount of extrables and leachables. You have a large choice in dimensions of this tubing, so that we can make a good match with your specific application or application. It has a temperature range of -50?C to + 135?C, is opaque and has a very low permeability of gases or oxygen, which protects the liquid through the tubing as much as possible. The tubing can be sterilized by most CIP and SIP methods and it is gamma resistant up to 45kGy.
