Assembly fluid transfer sterile
The drawing shows a single-use assembly for fluid transfer with aseptic connectors. If you want to connect two process steps, it is important that this is done quickly, safely and aseptically
At Hitma we operate with open architecture, therefore you can choose from a wide range of aseptic connectors from different brands. Our fluid transfer hoses are therefore always compatible with your other connectors.
Quality
Our single-use sterile fluid transfer assemblies consist of high-quality components as standard, such as:
- Saint-Gobain C-flex sealable TPE tubing or Sani-Tech and Tygon silicone tubing
- CPC colder AseptiQuick connectors
All these components are qualified for use in cGMP environments. They are of course made of materials that comply with USP class VI and have well-known extractables profiles.
Sterility
These sterile fluid transfer assemblies are assembled in our own cleanroom according to validated procedures. The assemblies are part of our sterility program, which allows us to give a sterility claim on our gamma-irradiated assemblies.
Open architecture
In addition to our own standard range of single-use components, we can apply every component according to your specifications - as long as the components meet our minimum quality requirements.
This means you can specify a sterile connector for your fluid transfer assembly which exactly matches your wishes and requirements. I.e. we can integrate a Pall Kleenpak Presto, Sartorius Opta SFT, Millipore Lynx or a GE ReadyMate.
Flexibility
The assembly in the drawing is an example. We can manufacture any desired design. You can supply a drawing yourself, or have one of our specialists make a design based on your application. After agreement on the design we can produce the assembly in any desired amount, with short delivery times.
